We have multiple Echo Shows, Dots, and FireTV devices throughout the house, as well as linked devices like a thermostat, Hue lights, Harmony remote, Xbox One, Ring Pro doorbell, and a smart lock. I think the problem is the more devices you add to your ecosystem, the more confused Alexa gets.
I’ve been having nothing but problems lately.
