Phil is a five-time National Smallbore Sporting Rifle Champion, Smallbore Hunter Rifle Canadian record holder and presently Alberta Smallbore Silhouette champion, plus High Power Silhouette rifle champion for Alberta. He has been Provincial Champion in Sporting Rifle many times. While more a target shooter than a hunter Phil has pacified a number of deer over the years.
